You will lead on the floor, coach teammates, and help achieve goals while maintaining standards. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key-holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions in every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and assisting with customer follow-up.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store organization, readiness, and safety compliance.
• Take ownership of store execution and leverage digital tools to support operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
