Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the store running smoothly. This on-site role requires energy, ownership, and a passion for sneaker culture to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage daily operations, mentor staff, and help achieve store goals while staying connected to customers and team members on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or key-holding responsibilities.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions for every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store organization, readiness, and smooth operations while following safety and loss-prevention procedures.
• Take ownership of store execution and leverage retail technology to enhance customer experience.
