Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to champion sneaker culture through energetic floor leadership and ownership. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and maintaining store operations with a customer‑first mindset.

You’ll lead on the floor, connect with customers, and uphold store standards while embracing an “Always on, Never no” approach. The role emphasizes teamwork, growth, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or key holding experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions for every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Use retail technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience and store operations.
• Provide confident leadership as Manager on Duty and support hiring, onboarding, and training.
