Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or provide direct patient care on the shift.
• Respond to patient emergencies as needed and act as charge/lead for disasters.
• Collaborate with staffing office to adjust staff for census changes.
• Communicate census, admissions, discharges, and staffing needs to the oncoming Charge Nurse.
• Support unit management in productivity, staffing, and timekeeping; participate in hospital committees.
