Qualifications

• BSN degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or provide direct patient care on the shift. Lead clinical support and ensure competency and professionalism.
• Respond to patient emergencies as lead for disasters when needed.
• Collaborate with staffing office to adjust staff for census changes during shift.
• Communicate with the oncoming Charge Nurse about census, staffing, admissions, and discharges.
