Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build customer relationships, train staff, and drive sales while upholding Office Depot values in a community-focused store.

You will support merchandising, loss prevention, and store operations, including opening/closing duties as needed, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills and POS system familiarity.
• Attention to detail; Print Services experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Support Print Sales and Services to drive store sales.
• Operate and assist in Print Services equipment for on-time orders.
• Engage customers and develop product knowledge for total solutions.
• Act as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty when scheduled.
