Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print while building strong customer relationships. You will lead by example, coach teammates, manage Print Services, maintain store standards, and assume Key Carrier duties including opening/closing tasks and loss-prevention support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and print services experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support operation and drive store sales.
• Operate and assist on all equipment in Print Services area to ensure accurate orders.
• Coordinate service for customers throughout the store using communication tools.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise per procedures and standards.
• Contribute to loss prevention and implement process improvements with team.
• Client Engagement: coach staff to enhance customer experience and retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities and store safety.
