Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive sales across products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. The role emphasizes building customer relationships, applying training to deliver total solutions, and maintaining store standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The Team Lead will help create a vibrant sales culture, support community outreach, and may perform Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier duties, including opening and closing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in sales or customer service.
• Basic computer skills; able to use POS systems.
• Attention to detail; Print Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation while driving store sales and assist in Print Services area.
• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately; ensure visual standards and loss prevention compliance.
• Client Engagement: Coach associates, drive customer satisfaction, and support community outreach.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Open/close responsibilities and store security oversight.
