Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive sales across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build customer relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and support a customer-centric store culture aligned with Office Depot values.

You may also perform Leader on Duty duties, assist with opening/closing, and contribute to community engagements while maintaining strong merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Print Sales and Services to drive store sales and customer satisfaction.
• Operate Print Services equipment and assist colleagues to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain merchandising standards and contribute to operational efficiency and loss prevention.
• Serve as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty as needed, including opening/closing duties and cash-handling checks.
