Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print. You will build relationships, train staff, and drive store sales while upholding Office Depot's 5C values.

You may perform External Key Carrier responsibilities and Leader on Duty shifts, ensuring opening/closing, loss prevention, and safe store operations. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services support printing operations and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Drive store sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with store operations.
• Support opening/closing duties and participate in Leader on Duty responsibilities.
• Promote loss prevention and safe store practices.
