Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. Build customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor using provided training to support sales and a customer-centric store culture.

The role emphasizes leadership responsibilities during shifts, with community engagement, loss prevention awareness, and adherence to store policies. Previous sales/customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services support to drive store sales.
• Operate and assist in Print Services to ensure on-time orders.
• Process merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and coach/ train associates.
