Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to provide total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print offerings. The role focuses on building customer relationships and delivering a positive, community-facing store experience.

You will lead by example in sales, service and merchandising, with responsibilities including opening/closing, loss prevention, and coaching associates to improve conversion and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately and adhere to procedures while reducing waste.
• Client Engagement: drive customer satisfaction and coach staff to deliver total solutions.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety, open/close shifts, and loss prevention compliance.
