Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive total-store solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build relationships, coach staff, and engage with the community while upholding Office Depot's 5C values and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead Print Services, manage store operations, and act as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty as needed, including opening/closing duties and loss prevention adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use POS systems.
• Attention to detail; experience in Print Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales; operate and assist in Print Services to ensure orders are completed on-time.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately; follow procedures and loss prevention practices.
• Client Engagement: coach and train associates to enhance the customer experience and drive retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities; ensure security and loss prevention compliance.
