Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print. You will build customer relationships, mentor staff, and drive sales while maintaining a customer-centric store environment aligned with the Office Depot values.

The role includes Print Services leadership, opening/closing duties as a Key Carrier, loss prevention focus, and engagement with the local community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support operation and drive store sales.
• Operates and assists associates on Print Services equipment to ensure on-time orders.
• Identify areas for process improvement and ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through customer satisfaction.
• Open/close responsibilities as Leader on Duty when scheduled.
