Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead who will provide total solutions—from Products and Technology to Services, Furniture, and Print—and quickly build trusted relationships with customers using our training and sales principles.

The role supports a customer-centric store culture, community engagement, and strong visual merchandising, while also handling store operations and occasional Leader on Duty duties, including opening/closing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Experience in Print Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales and ensuring orders are completed on time.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately, adhere to procedures, and support loss prevention.
