Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print.

Build customer relationships and act as trusted advisor using provided training to support sales offerings in a customer-centric environment. The role includes responsibilities as a part-time Key Carrier and Leader on Duty, likely involving opening/closing duties, and contributing to store security and loss prevention while driving sales and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, engaging, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results, sound decision-making, patience, and a desire to continuously build product and selling knowledge

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support operations and drive store sales.
• Operate and assist in Print Services area to ensure orders are correct and on time.
• Improve processes, ensure loss prevention compliance, and uphold merchandising standards.
• Lead duties as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty when assigned.
