Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to support sales across products, technology, services, furniture and print offerings. Build customer relationships, provide total solutions, and uphold Office Depot 5C values.

The role includes coordinating Print Services, leading a small team, and serving as a Key Carrier when needed. Prior sales, customer service, and basic tech knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates and assists associates on equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure client orders are completed correctly and on-time.
• Coordinate service for all customers throughout the store and communicate needs clearly to the team.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately, adhere to procedures and merchandising standards; support loss prevention efforts.
• Client Engagement: drive customer satisfaction, coach staff, and participate in community outreach to retain clients.
• External Key Carrier/Leader on Duty: assist in opening/closing, ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
