Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture, and Print. You will build trusted relationships, support sales, and uphold the Office Depot 5C values in a fast-paced store environment.

As a part-time Key Carrier and potential Leader on Duty, you will help lead daily operations, open/close shifts, and ensure loss prevention standards while coaching team members to grow selling skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail; Print Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Print Sales and Services to drive store sales.
• Process merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Engage clients to deliver total solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty as needed.

Education
