Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. Build trusted customer relationships and lead with a customer-centric mindset while supporting a vibrant sales culture in-store.

The role includes External Key Carrier duties, potential Leader on Duty shifts, and a strong emphasis on community engagement and visual merchandising. Training and a supportive 5C values culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise, meet deadlines, and ensure loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: coach staff and enhance the customer experience.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities and store security.
