Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to provide total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print.

You will build customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor, using training to drive sales while upholding the Office Depot values and store standards. You will support a customer-centric environment, contribute to a positive culture, and may perform Leader on Duty and external key carrier duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Print Sales and Services and drive store sales.
• Operate and assist with Print Services equipment and ensure timely orders.
• Engage customers to determine needs and provide total solutions.
• Drive store efficiency, loss prevention compliance, and merchandising standards.
• Provide coaching and training to associates for a positive customer experience.
• Support lead on duty and external key carrier responsibilities as needed.
