Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. seeks a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print.

You will build trusted customer relationships, apply training to support sales, and foster a customer-centric store culture aligned with Office Depot 5C values. You will help create a vibrant sales culture, maintain visual merchandising standards, and perform external key carrier and leader-on-duty duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operate equipment in Print Services to complete client orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate service for customers and request assistance as needed.
