Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise and reduce waste.
• Client Engagement: coach associates to improve the customer experience.
• External Key Carrier & Leader on Duty: security, opening/closing responsibilities.
