Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor with professional coaching.
• Drive store results by training and developing associates.
• Deliver a great guest experience using our service model.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations, including lifting procedures.
