• 2+ years retail management experience.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Fosters a culture of communication and teamwork balancing operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection and acts as a brand ambassador.
• Delivers high-quality product services with attention to branding and premium customer experience.
