Tecovas is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to drive a profitable, customer-centric in-store environment in Richmond. You will support the Store Manager in talent acquisition and operate across product flow, while delivering premium service and strong merchant results.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation, loss prevention, and omni-channel processes. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Management experience.
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Cultivates genuine customer connection and delivers extraordinary service.
• Acts as a brand ambassador reflecting company values and premium customer experiences.
• Maintains an engaging pace, positive service environment and team development.
• Delivers high-quality product services with attention to branding, debossing, boot shaping and polishing.
