Qualifications

• 2+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Available to work 15–20 hours per week.
• Excellent leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering results.
• Proven ability to hire and develop talent.
• Coaching, counseling & conflict resolution experience.
• Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic.
• High integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent.
• Supports succession planning and goal setting with direct reports.
• Fosters communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual, and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals and regular touch-ins with direct reports.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and acts as a brand ambassador.
• Maintains stock-to-sales processes and visual merchandising.
