Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection and acts as a brand ambassador.
• Delivers high-quality product services with attention to detail (branding, debossing, boot shaping, etc.).
• Understands an OMNI Channel business and implements processes to better service the customer.
• Facilitates the sharing of product knowledge and upholds stock-to-sales processes.
• Maintains store structure, floor plan and fixture usage; ensures loss prevention practices.
