Tecovas is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to support store operations and lead a customer-centric team in Richmond, VA. You will help manage product flow, customer interactions and premium in-store services while coordinating with the Store Manager on goals and staffing.

The role emphasizes leadership, outstanding service, and collaboration across merchandising, visuals and operations to drive a premium Tecovas experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Coaching, counseling & conflict resolution experience.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Fosters a culture of strong communication and teamwork for balance between operations, visuals and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Leads in delivering premium customer service with branding, debossing, boot stretching and other services.
