Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive total solutions across products, tech, services, furniture and print. You will build customer relationships, support sales, and maintain store standards with a focus on service, community engagement, and a positive culture.

You will act as a part-time Key Carrier and may perform Leader on Duty functions, including opening or closing responsibilities and cash handling reviews when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services support to drive store sales.
• Operate and assist in Print Services area to ensure on-time client orders.
• Use communication tools to coordinate service for customers across the store.
• Contribute to loss prevention and visual merchandising standards.
