Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to provide total solutions across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print offerings.

You will build customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor through training, driving sales and assessing needs to ensure satisfaction in every interaction. The role includes leadership on duty, store opening/closing, loss prevention, and engagement with the local community, all while upholding Office Depot’s 5C values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, engaging, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results, sound decision-making, patience, and a desire to continuously build product and selling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates and assists associates on equipment in Print Services to ensure accurate orders.
• Coordinate service for customers throughout the store.
