Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build customer relationships, train staff, and drive sales while maintaining a customer-centric store culture aligned with Office Depot values.

The role includes external key carrier and leader-on-duty duties, with responsibilities for opening/closing and ensuring store security. Prior print/service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales in Print Services.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise per procedures and uphold loss prevention standards.
• Client Engagement: coach associates and enhance the customer experience; support community outreach.
