Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales; assist with Print Services equipment and orders.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise, follow procedures, and support loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: coach, train associates, and enhance customer experience; support community outreach.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety, perform opening/closing duties, and support cash handling audits.
