Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. Build relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor using provided training. Lead with a customer-centric approach and support store culture and community engagement.

The role includes coaching, merchandising, and possibly Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier duties, with a focus on sales, service, and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related sales or customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and POS system familiarity.
• Attention to detail and Print Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates Print Services equipment to complete orders on time.
• Identify areas for process improvement and support loss prevention.
• Drive client satisfaction and coach associates.
• Open/close responsibilities as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty.
