Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print. You will build customer relationships, become a trusted advisor, and uphold the 5C values in a customer-centric store culture.

You may also perform Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier duties, including opening/closing shifts, while supporting vibrant sales, merchandising, and community engagement. Background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales
• Operates Print Services equipment and ensures client orders are completed on-time
• Identify areas for process improvement and ensure loss prevention compliance
• External Key Carrier responsibilities including opening/closing shifts
