Tecovas in Cleveland is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to help build a high-performing, customer-centric store. You will support the Store Manager in recruiting, coaching, and maintaining strong team morale while ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role requires 2+ years of retail management, availability 15-20 hours per week, and a passion for exceptional service. You’ll lead by example, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while helping the team grow.

• 2+ years Retail Management experience.
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Supports the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a succession strategy.
• Fosters a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection and reflective brand ambassadoring.
• Delivers high-quality product services with attention to branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines.
• Understands an OMNI Channel business and uses tools to better service the customer.
• Keeps stock-to-sales processes, presentation standards, and product placement.
• Maintains store structure, floor plan, and fixture usage.
• Follows shipments, transfers and restock standards.
• Adheres to Loss Prevention procedures and awareness
