Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and seasonal arrangements.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure accurate merchandising.
