Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, addressing customer needs, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring confidentiality and safety. Hours are part-time with a pay range of $20.00–$29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: supervise the store crew, assign and follow up on activities, and communicate with store management.
• Customer Service: assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture, handle inquiries and protect patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: price and stock merchandise, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments per plans.
