Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in running store operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will lead the staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed efficiently.

The role emphasizes customer relations, merchandising, and accurate execution of displays, with a 29-hour week and pay of $16.00 per hour, reflecting Ohio base rates for the CVS/pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing and following up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS customer service.
• Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise and price merchandise; stock shelves.
• Execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
