Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

The role emphasizes supervision, customer interactions, and merchandising. A flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends is required, with pay in the $16.50–$24.00

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
