Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. This part-time role requires supervising staff when managers are offsite and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and supervisory skills, and flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends. 22 hours weekly; pay range $16.50–$24.00 hourly with benefits.

• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays according to planograms.
• Reset departments following POGs and maintain store presentation.
