Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and uphold excellent customer service.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite and ensure smooth store operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain displays
