Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer loyalty through outstanding service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently. Anticipated weekly hours are 29.

Pay range is $16.50–$24.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility based on hours worked. Flexibility for early mornings, overnight shifts and weekends is required to respond to urgent

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain stock and merchandise presentation, including displays and pricing.
• Protect customer/patient confidentiality and maintain store standards.
