Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and exceptional customer service. You will train associates, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the membership program to build customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a supervisory retail role, high school diploma or equivalent, and a proactive, energetic attitude to lead the team and deliver memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business goals.
