Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Experience in retail environments and with POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet store KPI goals on the sales floor and at the register.
• Assist Store Manager in training sales associates and product knowledge.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures and ensure safety compliance.
• Address customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to customers.
