Job summary

The role includes unloads, stocking, planograms, and participation in omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Able to stand for long periods, with nights, weekends, and early shifts required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandise duties, stocking, and planograms.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; participate in BOPIS/SFS and omni-channel processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and general store upkeep; follow SOPs and safety programs.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
