Job summary

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting boxes, and occasional evenings or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find products.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram implementation; maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and adherence to SOPs and safety policies.
