Job summary

The Michaels team in Flemington, NJ is seeking a store associate who will deliver friendly service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You’ll also assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include engaging customers on store programs, supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and adhering to SOPs while upholding our brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Willingness to learn omnichannel processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating products and solutions.
• Process fast, friendly checkouts with proper cash handling.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Restock and maintain planograms to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Uphold SOPs and safety requirements.
