Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member at our West Deptford, NJ store. You will help customers locate products, assist with checkout, and participate in stocking, merchandising, and store recovery tasks to keep the shop in excellent condition.

You will engage customers about rewards and private label programs, support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and ensure a positive, safe shopping environment while standing for extended periods and lifting

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
