Job summary

Michaels Watchung, NJ is seeking friendly retail team members to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions at the checkout. The role includes inventory tasks, truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store standards.

You will engage customers with rewards programs, support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS), and ensure a fast, accurate checkout while adhering to SOPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers about Rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised store.
