Job summary

The Michaels Companies Edgewater, NJ is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and keep planograms up to date to ensure a well-merchandised store.

Responsibilities include engaging customers in rewards programs, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and participating in store recovery and inventory

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Physical requirements: standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop; ensure fast checkout with cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms and store recovery standards.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them as appropriate.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store) and participate in SISO/AD sets.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain safety and shrink programs.
